MS Fittings

  1. MS Elbow Fitting
Used to change the direction of flow in a piping system, usually at 45° or 90° angles. MS elbows are widely used in industrial pipelines where corrosion resistance is not critical but durability is essential.

2. MS IC Tee (Equal/Unequal Tee – Internally Coated)
A tee fitting with three outlets used to combine or split fluid flow. The “IC” indicates internal coating for enhanced protection against rust and corrosion, especially in water or chemical applications.

3. MS Flanges
Flat, circular discs bolted together to connect pipes, valves, or pumps. MS flanges are available in slip-on, weld neck, blind, and threaded types and provide easy access for cleaning or modification of the pipeline.

4.MS Buttweld Reducer
A pipe fitting that connects two pipes of different diameters. It provides a smooth transition between pipes, minimizing turbulence and pressure drop, available in concentric and eccentric types.

5.MS Coupling
A short length of pipe used to connect two pipes in a straight line. MS couplings can be full or half-couplings and are ideal for joining pipes with identical diameters.

6. MS Forge (Forged Fittings)
High-strength forged fittings like elbows, tees, unions, and plugs, typically used in high-pressure systems. These are manufactured by forging MS material, providing exceptional mechanical strength.

7. MS Ferrule Fitting
Precision fittings used in instrumentation and control systems. MS ferrule fittings ensure a leak-proof connection for small-diameter tubes, often used in gas, oil, and lab environments.

8. MS Union
A three-part fitting used to join two pipes while allowing easy disconnection and maintenance. Ideal for installations that require frequent dismantling.

9. MS IC Elbow
An internally coated MS elbow used where protection from internal corrosion or chemical exposure is necessary. Common in water treatment or chemical process pipelines.

10. MS Hex Nipple
A short pipe with male threads on both ends and a hexagonal body in the center for wrench tightening. Used for connecting two threaded fittings or valves.
