PPRC Pipes & Fittings
Bhumi Trading Co. offers a premium range of PPRC (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes and fittings designed for long-lasting performance in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. PPRC piping systems are lightweight, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and provide excellent chemical and thermal resistance, making them ideal for both hot and cold water applications in industrial and domestic systems.
Uses / Applications
Plumbing and sanitary systems in residential and commercial buildings
Industrial piping for chemicals and fluids
Centralized air conditioning systems
Compressed air systems
Hot and cold potable water piping
Radiator and underfloor heating systems
Agriculture and irrigation
PPRC Pipe Grades
PPRC PN10 pipe
PPRC PN16 pipe
At Bhumi Trading Co., our PPRC (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes are available in multiple pressure grades to suit a variety of applications. The PN10 grade is ideal for cold water supply systems and operates efficiently up to 10 bar pressure at temperatures up to 40°C. For systems requiring slightly higher pressure or temperature resistance, the PN16 grade is suitable, handling up to 16 bar pressure and temperatures up to 60°C, making it ideal for high-pressure cold water and low-temperature hot water applications. The PN20 grade is designed for hot water distribution in domestic and commercial systems, capable of withstanding up to 20 bar pressure and temperatures up to 80°C. For more demanding industrial and heating applications, the PN25 grade offers maximum strength, supporting up to 25 bar pressure and temperatures reaching 95°C. Each grade is color-coded—typically green, grey, white, or blue—for easy identification and is compliant with international standards such as DIN 8077/8078 and ISO 15874.

Description: Redirects pipe layout at 90 or 45 degrees without affecting flow.
Use: Changing direction of piping system around corners or obstacles.
2. Tee
Description: Connects three pipes to form a T-junction for branching flow.
Use: Water distribution in multi-outlet systems.
3. Reducer
Description: Connects pipes of different diameters, facilitating pressure control.
Use: Transition from larger to smaller diameter pipelines.
4. Coupler
Description: Straight connector for joining two equal-diameter pipes.
Use: Line extension or pipe replacement.
5. End Cap
Description: Seals off the end of the pipe to stop flow or for future expansion.
Use: Temporary/permanent closure in a piping network.
6. Union
Description: Allows easy disassembly of pipes while maintaining a secure connection.
Use: Maintenance-heavy zones such as pumps or filters.
7. Socket
Description: Used for socket fusion welding between two PPRC pipes.
Use: Permanent joint in high-pressure lines.
8. Cross Tee
Description: Joins four pipes at 90-degree angles.
Use: Complex piping where multiple outlets are needed.
9. Flange
Description: Detachable joint using bolts and gaskets for large-scale piping.
Use: Pumps, valves, and industrial systems.
