PVC, UPVC, and CPVC Pipe &Fittings

At Bhumi Trading Co., we offer a comprehensive range of PVC, UPVC, and CPVC pipes and fittings designed to cater to the ever-evolving needs of plumbing, water supply, industrial fluid transport, and chemical handling systems. Our products are manufactured using high-grade thermoplastic materials, ensuring exceptional strength, leak resistance, and long-lasting performance under varying temperature and pressure conditions.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes are widely used in domestic water supply systems, drainage, and irrigation due to their lightweight nature, ease of installation, and resistance to corrosion and chemical attack.
UPVC (Unplasticized PVC) pipes offer higher rigidity and strength, making them ideal for cold water plumbing, industrial process lines, and infrastructure applications.
CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes, known for their excellent thermal and chemical resistance, are specifically suited for hot and cold water distribution in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Temperature Range: Up to 60°C
Pressure Rating: 2.5 to 10 bar (varies by size and schedule)

Applications:

  • Plumbing systems, cold water lines, industrial fluid transport, borewells

3. CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) Pipes & Fittings

Material Grades:

  • CPVC 4120 & CPVC 4137 (ASTM D1784) – Industrial-grade CPVC

  • CPVC CTS (Copper Tube Size standard) – Used in residential & commercial plumbing

  • NSF Certified Grade – For potable hot and cold water systems

Standards:

  • ASTM D2846 – For hot & cold water plumbing (up to 82°C)

  • ASTM F441 – Industrial pressure applications

Temperature Range: Up to 93°C
Pressure Rating: 100 PSI to 400 PSI depending on schedule (40/80)

Applications:

  • Hot and cold water plumbing, industrial fluid lines, chemical transportation

PVC, UPVC, CPVC Fittings

1. Elbow (90° & 45°)

Description: PVC elbows are used to change the direction of the flow in a pipeline. They are available in 90-degree and 45-degree bends depending on the required angle.
Application: Plumbing corners, layout adjustments in confined spaces.

2. Tee

Description: A PVC tee fitting allows you to connect three pipe sections together at right angles to form a “T”-shaped structure.
Application: Branching off main water lines, creating bypasses.

3. Reducer

Description: Used to connect pipes of different diameters, reducers come in concentric and eccentric styles, depending on flow and alignment needs.
Application: Pressure transitions, system upgrades or replacements.

4. Coupler

Description: A PVC coupler is a straight fitting that joins two same-diameter pipe lengths end-to-end.
Application: Extending pipelines or replacing damaged pipe sections.

5. End Cap

Description: PVC end caps are designed to close off the end of a pipeline, preventing flow or contamination.
Application: Temporary or permanent sealing of systems.

6. Union

Description: PVC unions are two-part fittings that join pipes securely, but also allow for easy disconnection and reconnection.
Application: Valves, pump installations, systems requiring maintenance.

7. Socket

Description: A PVC socket or sleeve fitting is used to join two pipes using solvent cement, creating a leak-proof seal.
Application: Permanent connections in plumbing and irrigation systems.

8. Cross Tee

Description: This fitting joins four pipe sections in a cross-shaped layout. All outlets are at 90° angles from each other.
Application: Complex pipeline networks requiring multiple branches.

9. Flange

Description: PVC flanges provide removable pipe connections, often used with bolts and gaskets in large pipelines.
Application: Pumps, valves, or systems requiring periodic dismantling.

10. Threaded Adapter

Description: This fitting allows connection between threaded metal components and PVC pipes. Available in male and female threading.
Application: Transition from metal to PVC piping.
